A good nights sleep has more than just beauty benefits, if you dont get enough sleep it could be the cause of weight gain, moodiness, break outs, poor memory/concentration and much more. I have had difficulty getting to sleep in the past which has resulted in my staying up to ridiculous hours and getting very little sleep even if i went to bed early. So i am hoping that these tricks and home remedies i use to help myself get to sleep and get a good nights sleep will help you guys 🙂

Natural remedies to get to sleep:
– lavender and chamomile steam inhalent
– lavender /hops bags in pillow case
– chamomile tea
– sour cherry juice
– hops pills
– lavender oil under nose
